Holistic Therapy

Holistic Mental Health Therapy is an integrative practice rooted in alternative approaches to traditional therapy. This modality of therapy brings awareness to the whole Self; including body, mind and spirit in order to better understand, heal and build acceptance of the Self. Holistic Psychotherapy offers support through a gentle trans-formative process for those willing to make positive changes in their lives.  Through the use of various alternative, holistic therapeutic methods and collaborative measures, clients are able to develop life-changing habits to help them cope with all of life’s various obstacles. I believe everyone has the capacity for success and I am dedicated to offering you a guiding hand on your life journey.
